Fixes and Enhancements

There are a number of fixes in this release including:

• Preparation work for the next big feature in Issues Management...🤯 (CP2-684)
• Prevent the adding of activity records to merged issues.  (CP2-671)
• Stopped the checklists circle on the organisation page from showing a 404 error. (CP2-659)
• Ability for Admins to see past and current invoices. (CP2-650)
• Standardised the billing schemes made available. (CP2-649)
• Remove ChekRite App only users from the list of users to send Welcome Letters to for the ChekMate app. (CP2-637)
• Prevent users from removing affixes when duplicating assets. (CP2-599)
• Restrict Asset Duplication to the Administrator roles (CP2-518)
